Heritage Inspired marks the humble beginnings of Laura Ashley who would print headscarves on her kitchen table. Drawing inspiration from the past, particularly Welsh patchwork quilts, this eclectic collection of statement embroideries, luxurious geometric velvets, woven checks and simple micro prints can be mixed and matched to create a new modern style. Available in colour ways such as Dijon, tomato, bottle green and French navy.

An eclectic collection of statement archive designs and bold colour combinations for a timeless, elegant look. The inspiration for the designs in this collection comes from the past and sense of history behind each design lends them permanence and a timeless quality. Statement print, Burdett, a beautiful hand-painted bird on 100% cotton is complimented by Forden, a distressed chenille jacquard damask, Musica, a digitally printed multi purpose velvet, as well as co-ordinating jacquards and prints such as Abingdon, Gower and Suffolk Stripe. Laura Ashley Country Charm
Country Charm captures the essence of laid back living; keeping it fresh with modern and vintage botanicals. Inspired by rural simplicity during Laura Ashley’s time in the 70’s when she lived in Wales at Rhydoldog House. Rosemore, inspired by an antique painted artwork from the archive, incorporates elegant roses, strawberries and elderflower. Teamed perfectly with Picardie, inspired by a printed antique quilt from the archive, this digitally printed large scale floral design featuring roses, foxgloves and buttercups is available on both a cotton ground as well as a multipurpose velvet. The prints capture a soft and natural essence of the countryside and the palette reflects the colours of nature. As well as floral prints this collection features Trecastle, an arts and craft block print reinterpreted as a beautiful jacquard, multipurpose cosy woven checks, trailing leaf jacquards and delicate embroidered trellises. Laura Ashley Romantic Opulence
Designed to create a quaint and pretty, yet regal, indulgent feel in any home. This collection is aspirational, capturing French romanticism to create a sense of escapism in soft and airy in barely-there colours. Laura Ashley’s move to northern France had a profound influence on her design and creative direction. The designs in this collection have an essence of European aristocracy with a beautiful feminine touch. Featuring Martigues, a jacquard damask, with a beautifully romantic weaving leaf and floral bloom pattern, inspired by an old piece of silk discovered within the archive. Eglantine, a striking chinoiserie trail depicting wild roses and birds parading across intertwined branches, a digital print on 100% cotton as well as a silhouette jacquard with a textured print. Complimented with luxurious jacquard velvets and co-ordinating stripes.
